Turn around time
Prompt payment is necessary in order to maintain a good working relationship. Full payment is expected by 21st of each month. After the 21st will have an added financial charge of 5% of the outstanding balance. If your payment is not received by the end of the month, your cases will be placed on hold and will not be shipped to you.
We accept the following methods of payments: Check, Bank Check, Money Order, and Wire Transfer. We do not accept credit cards or any other methods not mentioned above. Include a payment when you send your first package to us. Email us for wire transfer instructions. In case of returned check, there will be a $50 financial charge plus a 5% late charge.

Shade
We have most common shades in our lab. If you’re sending your own shade tab, tape shade tab on the lab slip. For custom shade, send pictures or email electronic pictures to contact@identallab.com.
CHECKLIST
Before you send the case to us:
NOTE: We use most implant and attachment systems. You must send us all components, including analog and abutment. We do not keep or order any components. Do not send case and components separately. Any case that has missing components will be returned. When there isn’t enough occlusal clearance, and if there is no other instruction, we reduce opposing or make reduction coping for you to use. We simply mark the die in red color. Check the die before you place the crown.

CHECKLIST
Before you send the case to us:
- Use double cord technique when taking an impression.
- Enough reduction for your desired restorations.
- For a 2-unit or more posterior case, take full arch impression or bite registration for correct mounting.
- Dry out prepped teeth before taking an impression, especially clean out bleeding.
- Press down all the way and bite a little longer to set.
- Check impression for void, distortion, etc. If you think the margin is not visible, first pour it up and check before you send it. Margin must be clearly visible.
- Alginate impression must be poured up before sending.
- Impression must be disinfected.
- Write down the due date and appointment date/time. We typically need 8 working days in lab for most restorations, excluding holiday and shipping/receiving days.
- Take the time to write your instructions on the lab slip. Please PRINT legibly. We are not responsible if we can’t read your instructions.
- Implant and attachment must include all components
- Shade information
- Metal type & design
- Opposing model
- Study model for all anterior work
