Solamu offers a limited Lifetime Warranty on its crowns & bridges under the following terms and conditions: The Warranty applies as long as the company is in operation. The original certificate of warranty card must accompany the returned items (or a portion thereof). A two-week turn around time may apply for the new crown or bridge, and there is no rush service. There will be no reimbursement of any fees charged by the dentist or dental practice; however, there may be a material and/or shipping & handling charge. Crowns and bridges are constructed to the specifications prescribed on the laboratory work ticket/slip. Therefore, Solamu is not responsible for the suitability of the specifications. By the fitting of a crown or bridge, the client accepts that the laboratory has fabricated to the specification requested. The Warranty does not cover any harm arising from the misuse of the product in any form/way. Furthermore, the Warranty covers only the original specifications. If the specifications are modified or altered by the dentist, or materials are changed, the warranty will be voided. However, a discount might be possible under certain conditions. In case of replacement of a crown with noble or high noble alloys, the recovered alloys must be returned back to the lab or the lab will charge for the alloys used.
